Olive Mill Experts offers an intensive 10-day program for individuals who wish to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field of olive oil production. The program takes place in a fully operational olive mill during the month of October.
This is a practical training designed for professionals in the olive oil sector, as well as for all those interested in gaining a deeper experiential and practical understanding of the olive oil production process. More specifically, for aspiring olive oil millers, production managers, and aspiring olive oil mill operators with or without experience.
It is noted that a prerequisite for participation in the olive mill training is the previous attendance of an olive oil tasting seminar. The training will be conducted in English.
It is noted that for participation in the olive mill machine operator training, no previous experience is required. The training will be conducted in Greek.
Olive Mill Experts, through its founder, Kazantzidis Konstantinos, brings the practical experience required, while the specialized speakers Professor Maurizio Servili, Manolis Salivaras as well as two collaborating speakers from the Spanish olive oil school ESAO, contribute with their technical training.
