The company’s founder, Konstantinos Kazantzidis, has over 25 years of experience in the olive oil industry. He has contributed to the success of numerous high-quality extra virgin olive oils, which have been awarded in international olive oil competitions thanks to the consulting services he provided to their producers.
He has attended specialized technical
training programs in olive oil processing both in Greece and abroad. He is a certified olive
oil taster from the Greek Olive Oil Panel and a permanent member of the ONAOO tasting
team in Italy. Since November 2021, he has also been certified as a top Master Miller by the
Olive Oil School of Span ESAO.
